Asha Prakash

Asha is a Biomedical Engineering graduate student. Her undergraduate senior capstone project
involved designing an improved suction interface for the flange component of a lactation
device, with a particular focus on developing a cost-effective design marketable to low-resource
communities globally. Asha hopes to incorporate her passions for women’s and global health
initiatives through the TOM Fellowship Program and post-graduate work.
