Catherine (Katie) McLaughlin is a determined third year at the University of Virginia majoring in Kinesiology and minoring in Psychology. She is passionate about health and well-being and is on the Pre-Physical Therapy track. Katie volunteers at UVA Hospital through the Madison House, is involved in CHAARG, a women's health and fitness organization dedicated to girls finding their fit and becoming the best version of themselves, and is an active Class Council representative. She works with adults with intellectual disabilities and is motivated to help others. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs, in addition to running and staying active. Through the TOM Fellowship, Katie plans to raise awareness in the community and make a difference by connecting with the disabled population.
