Jesse Deck

Jesse is exploring majors in mechanical or biomedical engineering. He is passionate about using engineering and design to improve lives through functional, user-centered tools. As part of the Interdisciplinary Science Program, he conducts research with Hartford Hospital's Ayer Neuroscience Institute, contributing to a study on psychosocial profiles in patients with seizures. Jesse helps analyze behavioral data to support personalized treatment strategies. He enjoys merging creative design with technical problem-solving. Outside of academics, Jesse plays soccer, and values time with friends and family.
