Jesse Park

Mechanical Engineering
Jesse is a natural innovator at heart. Pursuing a dual MSME/MBA, he uses his mechanical engineering background to develop solutions for people with disabilities. A Randall Research Scholar and Hollings Scholar, he conducts research into additively manufactured mechanical metamaterials and nanomechanical characterizations of heat-treated materials. After developing the parameterized prosthetic leg cover and winning two GIC prizes in his first year as a fellow, he hopes to continue building UA's chapter through the principles of social entrepreneurship. Outside of academics, Jesse plays the trumpet, dances, and enjoys calisthenics.
