Justin Yu

Justin is a Biomedical Engineering student with a minor in Chemistry. He conducts research in the Rutz Lab, working on personalized drug treatments for ovarian cancer patients. Passionate about practical, user-centered design, Justin has developed assistive tools like a writing aid and a white cane to support need-knower independence. He plans to pursue graduate studies in biomaterials and bioelectronics. Outside of academics, Justin enjoys going to the gym, listening to music, and playing board games with friends.
