Occupational Therapy and Dementia
Mina is a postgraduate student in human health science at Kyoto University, studying care and neuroscience, especially dementia. She is passionate about creating a comfortable environment for the elderly and dementia patients using product design or icons. She previously studied occupational therapy as an undergraduate student. She currently practices as occupational therapist at the rehabilitation hospital in Kyoto, Japan. She is excited to meet and work with diverse people from around the world in the TOM community. In doing so, she is convinced that an innovative product can be developed with global impact. In the end, she wishes that people around the world can live a more comfortable life.
