Ruba Siddiqi

Ruba is passionate about social impact projects particularly those that intersect with healthcare and help people where effective treatment is lacking. She is currently a junior at the University of Texas in Austin where she is majoring in Neuroscience and pursuing certificates in Design and Spanish. Her past works have included designing ergonomic eye makeup brushes for those with hand motor issues and is currently working on VR for quadriplegics. Moving forward, she hopes to further explore developing assistive technology that help provide agency and improve quality of life. Ruba's additional interests lie within religious studies and health and science policy.
