Yeison Gomez

Yeison is a biomedical engineering student with experience in both research and community-focused projects. He is driven by a desire to create inclusive, life-enhancing technologies, and has worked on medical devices, including brain implants. Yeison's interests lie in human-centered design, and he is especially excited about developing solutions that serve marginalized and underserved communities. Beyond the classroom, he has volunteered in health outreach programs and mentored youth in engineering. Yeison brings curiosity, creativity, and a global perspective to every project he undertakes.
