The aim of this document is to assist the TOM Team to assess and evaluate a proposed challenge and to decide whether it should be developed or not. The decision is based on the TOM Product Development Strategy, and refers to the pillars of Human-Centered Design, Neglected Challenges, and Frugal Innovation.
